About Me

Samantha Griswold was born and raised in California. Samantha always had a fun hobby to bake and decorate cakes and cupcakes. She always had creativity in her mind when it comes to making crafts. Samantha enjoyed shopping when she got interested in fashion trends. During their last year of high school, she finally made a decision of coming into the fashion industry as a career.  Samantha attended San Francisco State University to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fashion Merchandising. She already has her Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising from 2020. Her plan is to get her Bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising in Spring 2023. She has planned to apply for a summer internship for merchandising job, but is interested in moving upward in pursuing her fashion career. Her outlook is to work for a fashion show as a creative director. This portfolio contains her computer artwork, textile experiments, technical & fashion illustrations, product development plans, mood boards, garment designs, research charts, community work, runway photographs, and buying plans.
